By using Assurance X Academy, you agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain your account credentials securely, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Users must not share account access or attempt to circumvent platform security.
Each user may maintain only one account. Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or used for prohibited activities will be suspended without refund. You must be at least 16 years old to register.
VIP membership grants access to premium features as described on the pricing page. Access is personal and non-transferable. Assurance X Academy reserves the right to modify VIP features with reasonable notice.
All payments are final upon successful processing. Payments must be made through our official channels: Paystack (Nigeria), Flutterwave (International), or direct bank transfer to our authorized agent. Third-party payment methods not listed are not accepted.
Digital products and VIP memberships are non-refundable once activated. Refund requests may be considered for duplicate payments, unauthorized charges, or technical failures that prevent platform access. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Chargeback fraud, false payment claims, and unauthorized account access attempts will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraud.
All course content, materials, videos, PDFs, and resources on Assurance X Academy are the intellectual property of Assurance Delighted Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Instructors must provide original, accurate course content. Plagiarized or misleading content will result in course removal and account termination. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their teachings.
Our community is a respectful, supportive space. Spam, harassment, hate speech, scams, or promotional content not related to Assurance X Academy are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate removal.
Assurance X Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or community, with or without prior notice.
We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to our data practices. We use Firebase to securely store user information.
Assurance X Academy and Assurance Delighted Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your membership.
